Krokový motor GAL12A-BD 12 V DC, označení sestavy AE-HCDM194-1, určený pro elektrické ovládání výstupních žaluzií, lamel a funkce SWING klimatizačních zařízení.

Motor je vybaven integrovanou redukční převodovkou umožňující pomalé a přesně řízené natáčení výstupní hřídele. Používá se zejména jako pohon mechanismu, který mění úhel výstupních lamel klimatizace a tím směr proudění vzduchu.

Provedení používá 5vodičové připojení, napájecí napětí 12 V DC a kabeláž o délce přibližně 220 mm, zakončenou konektorem dle fotografie.

GAL12A-BD 12 V DC geared stepper motor, assembly designation AE-HCDM194-1, designed for controlling air outlet louvers, air-direction vanes and SWING mechanisms in air-conditioning systems.

The integrated reduction gearbox provides slow and accurately controlled movement of the output shaft, allowing precise positioning of the air-conditioner outlet louvers and consequently controlling the direction of airflow.

The motor uses a 5-wire connection, operates from 12 V DC and is equipped with an approximately 220 mm cable terminated with the connector shown in the product photographs.

This version features a particularly compact 24 mm diameter motor body and an unusual mounting flange configuration. The centre-to-centre mounting-hole spacing is 32 mm, while the mounting-hole axis is offset approximately 10 mm from the output-shaft axis.

The output shaft is 9 mm long and 5 mm in diameter, with double-sided flats reducing the shaft thickness to 3 mm.

GAL12A-BD 12 V DC Getriebe-Schrittmotor, Baugruppenbezeichnung AE-HCDM194-1, für den Antrieb von Luftauslasslamellen, Luftleitklappen und SWING-Mechanismen in Klimageräten.

Das integrierte Untersetzungsgetriebe ermöglicht eine langsame und präzise gesteuerte Bewegung der Ausgangswelle. Dadurch können die Luftleitlamellen exakt positioniert und die Richtung des austretenden Luftstroms eingestellt werden.
