Krokový motor 35BYJ46, 12 V DC s integrovanou převodovkou, určený především pro pohon výstupních žaluzií a mechanismu SWING u mobilních klimatizací ECG. Motor zajišťuje pomalé a přesné polohování lamel, které směrují proud vystupujícího vzduchu.

Jedná se o provedení s krátkou kovovou výstupní hřídelí délky přibližně 9,5 mm, oboustranným zploštěním hřídele a přívodním kabelem délky přibližně 150 mm, zakončeným konektorem dle fotografie produktu.

Motor má kompaktní tělo o průměru 35 mm, výšku 17 mm a montážní rozteč otvorů 42 mm. Výstupní kovová hřídel má průměr 5 mm, přičemž oboustranné zploštění vytváří tloušťku hřídele 3 mm.

35BYJ46 12 V DC geared stepper motor, primarily designed for driving the air outlet louvers and SWING mechanism in ECG mobile air conditioners. The geared stepper mechanism provides slow and precise positioning of the air-direction louvers.

This version is equipped with a short metal output shaft approximately 9.5 mm long, with double-sided flats, and an approximately 150 mm connection cable terminated with the connector shown in the product photographs.

The compact motor body has a diameter of 35 mm, body height of 17 mm and mounting-hole spacing of 42 mm. The metal output shaft has a diameter of 5 mm and a thickness of 3 mm across the double-sided flat section.

35BYJ46 geared stepper motors are commonly used for positioning air-conditioner louvers, air dampers and similar mechanisms.

Technical specifications:

IMPORTANT – different versions of the 35BYJ46 12 V DC motor exist. Depending on the production series, ECG air conditioners may use motors with the same basic 35BYJ46 designation but with a different output shaft, cable length and connector. 35BYJ46 12 V DC Getriebe-Schrittmotor, hauptsächlich für den Antrieb der Luftauslasslamellen und des SWING-Mechanismus von mobilen ECG-Klimaanlagen. Der integrierte Getriebemechanismus ermöglicht eine langsame und präzise Positionierung der Luftleitlamellen.

Diese Ausführung besitzt eine kurze Metall-Ausgangswelle mit ca. 9,5 mm Länge und beidseitiger Abflachung. Die Anschlussleitung ist ca. 150 mm lang und mit dem auf den Produktfotos dargestellten Steckverbinder ausgestattet.
