Unášeč tvoří mechanické propojení mezi výstupní hřídelí motorové/převodové části kuchyňského robotu a připojeným příslušenstvím. Přenáší krouticí moment z pohonné jednotky na nasazený pracovní nástavec. Jde tedy o mechanicky namáhaný spojovací prvek pohonu.

Díl je vhodný jako náhrada původního unášeče při jeho opotřebení, poškození nebo deformaci dosedacích a záběrových ploch. Při výměně doporučujeme současně zkontrolovat stav protikusu v příslušenství – výrazně opotřebený nebo poškozený protikus může způsobit rychlé opotřebení nového unášeče.

Montážní upozornění: Unášeč je na hřídeli zajištěn šroubem se standardním pravým závitem. Nejedná se o levý závit. Při demontáži se tedy zajišťovací šroub povoluje běžným způsobem doleva – proti směru hodinových ručiček. Při montáži se utahuje doprava – ve směru hodinových ručiček.

Důležité: Nabízeným produktem je pouze samostatný výstupní unášeč. Motorová jednotka, převodovka, zajišťovací šroub ani další části kuchyňského robotu nejsou součástí dodávky, pokud není u produktu výslovně uvedeno jinak.

Output Drive Coupling for ECG Forza 5500 / Forza 7800 Food Processor

Replacement output drive coupling for ECG Forza 5500 and ECG Forza 7800 kitchen machines.

The coupling provides the mechanical connection between the output shaft of the motor/gearbox assembly and the attached accessory. Its function is to transfer torque from the drive unit to the installed working attachment.

This part is suitable as a replacement for an original coupling with worn, damaged or deformed engagement surfaces. When replacing the coupling, we recommend checking the mating part of the accessory as well. A heavily worn or damaged mating component may cause premature wear of the new coupling.

Installation note: The coupling is secured to the shaft by a screw with a standard right-hand thread. It is not a reverse/left-hand thread. To remove the coupling, loosen the retaining screw in the normal direction: turn counter-clockwise (to the left). Tighten clockwise during installation.

Please note: The product consists of the output drive coupling only. Motor, gearbox, retaining screw and other parts of the appliance are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ersatz-Abtriebsmitnehmer / Antriebskupplung für die Küchenmaschinen ECG Forza 5500 und ECG Forza 7800.

Der Mitnehmer stellt die mechanische Verbindung zwischen der Ausgangswelle der Motor-/Getriebeeinheit und dem eingesetzten Zubehör her. Er überträgt das Drehmoment der Antriebseinheit auf das angeschlossene Arbeitszubehör.

Das Ersatzteil eignet sich zum Austausch eines verschlissenen, beschädigten oder verformten Original-Mitnehmers. Beim Austausch sollte auch das entsprechende Gegenstück des Zubehörs kontrolliert werden. Ein stark verschlissenes oder beschädigtes Gegenstück kann zu einem vorzeitigen Verschleiß des neuen Mitnehmers führen.

Montagehinweis: Der Mitnehmer wird auf der Welle mit einer Schraube mit normalem Rechtsgewinde befestigt. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Linksgewinde. Zum Ausbau wird die Befestigungsschraube daher wie üblich nach links bzw. gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gelöst. Beim Einbau wird sie nach rechts bzw. im Uhrzeigersinn angezogen.

Hinweis: Angeboten wird ausschließlich der einzelne Abtriebsmitnehmer. Motor, Getriebe, Befestigungsschraube und weitere Geräteteile gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang, sofern in der Produktbeschreibung nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.
